Start off like you would for a cartwheel. I also winded my body up into the other direction to get some momentum.

The Palmkick is a one handed cartwheel with a hook kick at the end.
You'll use the second hand for the palmkick so swing it wide to the ground. You can spot the floor or forwards. Doesn't matter much at this point.
Swing your leg up up at the same time your hand makes contact with the ground.
Spot forward and chamber your kicking leg. The other leg should just keep going, like in a normal cartwheel.
Kick out and pull the kick across the target.
Pull all the way through and push off with your hand...
...until you are upright again. That's it.
Tips
This trick can also be done without hands, turning it into a aerial hook.
You can also do an axe kick instead to face into the direction of travel for different combo ideas.
Drill one handed cartwheels if you have trouble with balance.
