The Masterswipe can be entered in a lot of ways. We are going to use a "hook"-kick here.

The Masterswipe is a cartwheel starting from the other leg. Don't confuse it with the bboy masterswipe which is similar but done with the upper body horizontal to the ground.
Hip height hook kick!
The kicking leg hovers above the ground waiting to swing into the masterswipe. Your chest should face away from the direction of travel slightly to the front.
Swing your swinging legs knee up while you throw your arms up and to the side. Spot the floor!
Reach for the ground with both arms.
When your hands make contact with the ground, bent them a little to absorb the impact.
At this point it's just a cartwheel.
Push yourself of the ground with your arms.
Done.
Tips
You can also start from standing first to get a feeling for the takeoff. It's harder to get momentum this way but sometimes slower variations or setups are a great way to learn.
