The Cheat Feilong Hyper is a Cheat Feilong where you land on the roundkick leg.
Just think of it as a 540 Kick with a Frontkick while rising.
01 Cheat Feilong
Very easy. Just a Tornado Kick where you bring your first leg up straight in a circular fashion. Make sure the second kick is a good roundkick with hip turnover. That will make it easier to hyper.
02 540 Kick
The hardest part about Cheat Hyper Feilong is learning the 540 Kick. If you can do a solid 540, there's not much from stopping you to learn the Cheat Feilong Hyper.
03 Cheat Feilong Hyper
Now put it together. Just do a normal 540 Kick but bring your first leg up straight or snap a front kick out. Quickly rechamber that kick and swipe over like in a normal 540 Kick. Be quick but still obvious that you threw two kicks. It helps to spot the target on both kicks.
Tips
If you have trouble kicking over with your hyper leg, focus more on your hips. It needs to shift from one position to the other very quick.
