Butterfly Knife
A butterfly kick with a round kick followed up by a hook kick.
You can view this as a Tsunami Kick where you kick over instead of ‘kneeing’ over.
01 Tsunami
The Butterfly Knife is almost the same trick, but with your upper body lower and your first leg straight.
03 Butterfly Knife
All you need to do now is to replace the leg swing of the butterfly kick with a round kick. Make sure to spot a target to make the kick more obvious. As soon as the kick connects, quickly turn around for the hook kick, while spotting again. Make sure your upper body stays as horizontal as possible while you do this. It’s basically a Narabong that you kick / swing into, while your upper body stays low.
Tips
You don’t have to aim the Roundkick very high, if you’re not that flexible. Aiming it lower can help you to stay more horizontal with your upper body. Spotting the target on both kicks will make the kicks more obvious.
